Overview
Anterior tibialis tendinopathy affects the tendon and muscle at the front of the shin and ankle. Symptoms may be noticeable when lifting the foot or during repeated walking and activity.
How the Ankle Balance Board Can Support Your Training
Training emphasizes dorsiflexion mobility, controlled foot placement, balance and progressive strengthening through the front of the lower leg and supporting foot and ankle muscles.
Your Training Path
Start with the mobility exercises, then build through the strength exercises in the order shown. This is a progression—not a one-session checklist. Quality and control come before difficulty.

How to Progress Through This Pathway
M6 Ankle Dorsiflexion. When the movement is controlled and symptoms remain stable, begin S1.
S1 → S2 → S3 → S4 → S6 → S7. Each step should be earned through control and symptom tolerance, not by calendar date.
M6 may remain as preparation while strength is progressed.
Progress only when all four checks are positive: Control + Comfort + Completion + Next-Day Check.
Advanced Board Configurations
Once you can perform the exercises in this pathway with good control, you can explore these optional board configurations for an extra balance and stability challenge. These configurations change the board setup; they do not replace the exercise instructions.
